Carson City


The following people were arrested and booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:


• A 59-year-old Carson man was arrested at 10:14 a.m. Saturday on the first block of Wild Sage Court on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 21-year-old Carson man was arrested at 3:47 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of Clear Creek Avenue on suspicion of failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. Bail was set at $341.


• Mariana Hernandez, a 22-year-old Sparks woman was arrested at 11:49 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Carson Street and Highway 395 on suspicion of possession of an ounce or less of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of stolen property. She allegedly had a Chase credit card that was reported stolen. Her bail was set at $27,000.


• Abner Chan, a 21-year-old Carson man, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Sage Street on suspicion of possession of an ounce or less or marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of stolen property. Chan allegedly had a US Bank Visa issued to Sally Helblig that he acknowledged was not his. Bail was set at $27,000.


• Anthony Kellich, a 56-year-old Carson man, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Sunday on the 2100 block of Highway 50 on suspicion of felony parole violation. No bail was set.


• A 43-year-old Vista, Calif. woman was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Sunday on the 700 block of Highway 50 on suspicion of failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. Bail was set at $252.


• A 36-year-old Carson man was arrested at 4:50 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of probation violation. No bail was set.




Lyon County


The following incidents were reported in Lyon County Saturday:


• A woman reported she received a call from her sister saying she was going to kill herself at 5:58 p.m. on the 2000 block of Riverboat Road.


• A woman called to report a man urinating in her yard at 1:03 p.m. at the 100 block of Pepper Lane.


• A man reported his green Toyota Tundra truck was hit while it was parked in front of a store at 8:28 p.m. on the 2200 block of Highway 50.
