Leroy Hooper, Jr., 54, a Carson City resident, passed away February 11, 2008 at Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare. He was born Sept. 8, 1953 in Fremont, Neb., and survived by sister Candy Yanke. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is caring for the arrangements.
