The following people were arrested and booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:
• A 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of failure to complete community service, driving without proof of insurance and failure to stop or yield at a signal. Bail was set at $1,100.
• David Mulready, a 40-year-old Naples, Fla., man, was arrested at 11 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of using a false ID to avoid prosecution, a felony. Bail was set at $2,500.
• A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East Williams Street on suspicion of being a minor consuming alcohol. Bail was set at $350.
• A 39-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 2:11 a.m. Saturday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and petit larceny. Bail was set at $1,000.
• Manuel Casas, a 34-year-old Carson City man, was arrested at 6:56 a.m. Sunday in the 3100 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony battery and intimidating a public officer. Bail was set at $17,500.
• Jesus Gutierrez-Castellano, a 41-year-old Carson City man, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of using a false ID or information to impersonate another person, a felony, as well as obstructing justice. A day earlier, Castellano was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and driving on a revoked license allegedly using the name Edaward Wentz, a man whose ID Castellano had allegedly had stolen several years ago prior to Wentz's death. Wentz's widow confirmed that Castellano had been a family friend, but was unaware of the alleged stolen identity. Bail was set at $25,000.
