The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Raul Camarena Olivares, 29, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $20,000.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
• Vehicle burglary report on Jacobs Way at 10:52 a.m.
• A robbery alarm at a store on South Carson Street at 3:02 p.m. Call changed to attempted theft.
• A Barack Obama volunteer called police at 6:36 p.m. to report that a voter he'd called to tell about Obama threatened to shoot the volunteer and blow up the office. The volunteer was advised by his supervisors to evacuate his Winnie Lane office. Police were unable to contact the voter.
• Hit-and-run accident in the 800 block of Jackson Way at 10:10 p.m.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
• Misdemeanor arrest on Miller Lane at 3:08 a.m. in Mason Valley.
• Coroner call on Vance Drive in Fernley at 10:09 a.m.
• Vehicle burglary report on Winnies Lane in Fernley at 11:05 a.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest on Villa Way at 9:47 p.m.
Storey County
The following were booked into the Storey County Jail recently:
• A 52-year-old Dayton man was arrested on Friday in Gold Hill on suspicion of drunken driving.
• A 19-year-old Michigan man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
• A 24-year-old Reno man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession or sale of false Identification and driving without a valid driver's license
• A 23-year-old Reno man was arrested Jan. 1, on suspicion of driving on a revoked license.
• A 22-year-old Reno man was arrested on Sunday in Virginia City on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
• Krystina Mulke, 24 of Carson City, was arrested Jan. 1, in Gold Hill on suspicion of felony being under the influence of a controlled substance and gross misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 54-year-old Illinois man was arrested Dec. 31, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of marijuana.
• Alan Wade, 31, of the Virginia City Highlands was arrested Jan. 1, in Gold Hill on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and felony possession of methamphetamine.
