Two Carson City men were arrested after allegedly breaking out the windows of seven cars they encountered as they walked down the street.
William Gary, 24, and Jharret Neamo, 21, were each booked into the Carson City Jail on suspicion of seven counts of gross misdemeanor destruction of property.
According to the arrest report, a witness called 911 after allegedly seeing two men smashing car windows with baseball bats about 4:30 a.m. on Woodside Drive.
A deputy looked for the men based on the caller's description and found Neamo and Gary in the parking lot of Save Mart.
"I saw both of them throw the baseball (bat)-like objects into a ditch on the south side of the road," wrote Deputy Benjamin Veader.
They were arrested at 5:13 a.m.
Each is being held on $17,500 bail.
