Virginia Paslay, 67, a resident of Topaz Ranch Estates in Wellington, died June 30, 2008 at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. She was born in Texarkana, Ark. May 16, 1941. A graveside service will be 2 p.m., Monday at Smith Valley Hillcrest Cemetery in Wellington. FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
