In the nightcap, Justin Cutler was the winning pitcher, allowing three runs on just two hits through five innings while striking out three.

The Bighorns took a 1-0 lead in the first when Kennebrew tripled and scored on Kockenmeister's single. Ray Barrett's RBI single made it 2-0 in the second.

San Francisco closed to within 2-1 in the third on Tom Ledda's RBI sacrifice fly. The Bighorns went up 4-1 in the bottom of the third on back-to-back doubles by Kennebrew and Kockenmeister and Nick Nyman's RBI sacrifice fly.

The Seagulls closed to within 4-3 in the fifth on an RBI bloop double by Dan Fernandez and Zack Braband's RBI sacrifice fly.

Blake Nahlem picked up the save, pitching two scoreless innings. Loflin threw out a runner trying to steal to second to end the game.

Kennebrew and Kockenmeister each had two hits and J.J. Delallo and Henry each added a hit. The two teams will finish their season today with another doubleheader, beginning at 10 a.m. at John L. Harvey Field.
