Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• JD Murray, a 28-year-old roofer from Carson City, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Sunday in the 3300 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of a felony parole violation. No bail was set.


• A 41-year-old laborer from Gardnerville was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Sunday at the corner of South Saliman Road and Colorado Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence, running a stop sign and not having a valid driver's license. Bail was set at $1,426.


• A 22-year-old man from Reno was arrested at 3:25 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence, a hit and run with an unoccupied vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Bail was set at $3,896.


• A 19-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 10:26 p.m. Saturday at the corner of Peakwood Drive and Windridge Drive on suspicion of driving under the influence, consuming alcohol as a minor and not having a valid driver's license. Bail was set at $1,643.


• A 22-year-old man from Carson City was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Saturday at the Corner of Fifth Street and Saliman Road on suspicion of misdemeanor driving with a suspended registration and not having a valid driver's license. Bail was set at $1,026.


• A 45-year-old handyman from Carson City was arrested at 3:09 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of East Long Street on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt and running a stop sign.


• Mario Alberto Aguirre-Cairo, a 19-year-old restaurant worker from Carson City, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. Saturday at the corner of Silver Lane and Gold Hill Drive on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana for sale, felony possession of drugs, gross misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor not having valid identification. Bail was set at $2,600.


• A 28-year-old mill worker from Carson City was arrested at 11:13 a.m. Saturday on Highway 50 East in Carson City on suspicion of misdemeanor driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended registration and not having proof of insurance. Bail was set at $1,371.


• A 46-year-old woman from Carson City was arrested at 3:31 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 23-year-old man from Carson City was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Saturday on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $732.


• A 38-year-old carpet cleaner from Carson City was arrested at 7:42 a.m. in the 2700 block of Carmine Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 31-year-old mechanic from Carson City was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Eastridge Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $535.


• A 51-year-old man from Carson City was arrested at 10:19 p.m. Friday in the 3100 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violating a restraining order.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Saturday:


• Report of feces smeared on the side of a garage on Sweetwater Court in Dayton at 3:52 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Friday and Saturday:


• Report of a cat caught by a coyote or a bobcat on Musket Road at 8:21 a.m. Friday.


• Report at Hamilton and Combination roads at 3:01 p.m. Saturday of a missing 25-year-old man who cannot speak but can hear and knows sign language. His off-road vehicle is red and he is wearing a white helmet with orange and blue on it.


• Report of an intoxicated pedestrian on a state road who was verbally abusive to dispatchers at 6:52 p.m. Saturday and could not articulate what he wanted.
