Harold G. Knobel Sr. "Pop Pop", 87, a Carson City resident for over 30 years, died May 24, 2008, at Carson Valley Medical Center. He was a World War II veteran. He is survived by wife, Pearl; sons Roy, Hal and Phil, six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
