Carson City Music Club features Violinist Michael Lesmes, a graduate of CHS and student of Danny Yale, who will play Bartok and a Saint-Saens concerto, plus other pieces, accompanied by Jane Theiss on piano at 7 p.m. at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall, 511 W. King St. Student of the month is pianist Lauren Angelo. Admission $5 at the door; refreshments after the performance.

Nosotros por Nosotros art exhibit at the Carson City Arts Initiative Courthouse Gallery, 885 E. Musser St., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. "Nosotros por Nosotros: Latinos in Nevada Tell Their History," an exhibition featuring photographs that explore the traditions and transitions experienced by Nevada's Latino communities.
