Jennifer Marie Hembree and Matthew Michael McVey have announced their engagement.
Jennifer is the daughter of Gary and Charlene Hembree of Carson City. She is a 2002 graduate of Carson High School. Jennifer is employed as a subsidized account specialist for Valley Fair Realty in Yuba City, Calif.
Matthew is the son of Michael and Lorraine McVey of Sutter, Calif. He is a 2001 graduate of Sutter High School. Matthew is maintenance coordinator at Brittan Elementary School in Sutter.
Jennifer and Matthew plan to marry Sept. 6 at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community with the Rev. Jerry Hanley to officiate.
