Howard Eugene Barrett, 80, a 49-year Carson City resident, died June 12, 2008 at Carson-Tahoe Regional Medical Center. Among his survivors are his wife of 53 years Joyce; daughters Jody, Jo Lee and Jill and four grandchildren. At his request, there will be no memorial service. FitzHenry's is in charge of arrangements.
