Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:
- A 27-year-old baker from Carson City was arrested at 3:40 p.m. in the 900 block of Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor temporary protection order violation. Bail was set at $3,000.
- A 23-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 10:06 p.m. at College Parkway and Research Way on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $1,632.
- A 29-year-old secretary from Dayton was arrested at 11:21 p.m. in the 4000 block of Louise Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,000.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
- Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 4:17 a.m.
- A Carson City company reported selling a product to a Canadian company that had now posted the items on the Internet, when the Carson business had not yet received payment.
- Report of a window broken on a vehicle in the 3200 block of South Carson Street at 11:31 a.m.
- Four people were detained at Mervyn's for shoplifting at 12:02 p.m. A felony arrest was made.
- Report of a former employee slamming another employee against a wall at a Highway 50 East business at 1:07 p.m.
- A JAC bus driver reported he had an intoxicated female passenger passed out at 2:55 p.m. on Old Clear Creek Road. The woman was taken to detox.
- Report of a vehicle striking a pedestrian at Lompa Lane and Carmine Street 4:58 p.m.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
- Report of a 14-year-old being jumped and suffering an injury to his forehead on Old Dayton Valley Road at 8:25 a.m.
- Residential burglary report on Shadow Mountain Drive in Fernley at 8:25 a.m.
- Accident on State Route 341 in Silver City at 8:55 a.m.
- Vehicle burglary report on Old Dayton Valley Road at 9:38 a.m.
- Threat report at Fernley High School at 3:19 p.m.
- Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 5:52 p.m.
- Report of tires slashed on a vehicle in the 1300 block of West Newlands Drive at 7:08 p.m.
