The Clear Creek Bowmen, an archery organization in Carson City, will hold its annual Cancer Shoot on this Sunday, May 11.
That event will be held at the Centennial Park archery range, located east of the Eagle Valley Golf Course.
Registration will be at 8 a.m., shooting will begin at 9 a.m.
Registration fees are: $20 for an individual, $30 for a couple, $35 for families, $10 for young adults (15-17), $5 for youths (12-14) and free for cubs and peewees (11 and under).
Marked yardage - two arrow shoot.
Shooting Classes are: Open, Recurve and Traditional.
Silver belt buckles will be awarded to the first place shooter in all adult classes with three or more shooters.
T-shirts will be awarded to second and third place shooters or classes with less than three shooters.
Lunch is $5 for hamburgers and $3.50 for hotdogs.
Soft drinks and water will be available on the range.
Proceeds go to Carson Advocates for Cancer Victims.
