Fallon man jailed in stabbing death of woman

FALLON " A Fallon man is being held on $1 million bail in connection with the stabbing death of a female roommate, authorities said.

Lisa A. Onyon, 51, was found death at a home Monday night after the suspect, Michael O. Johnson, called for an ambulance, the Churchill County sheriff's office said.

Sheriff Rich Ingram said the victim was stabbed in the chest at least once, and it appeared a fight or argument had occurred at the house.

Johnson was arrested at the scene and booked on suspicion of open murder, authorities said.
