10:00: Congress, Legislature & State Races: Heller cruising to victory

10:00: Dean Heller is pulling away from challenger Jill Derby in the race for Nevada's 2nd congressional district, as results come in from rural counties.

Dina Titus holds a substantial lead over incumbent Jon Porter in the 3rd district.

In the State Senate, incumbent Republicans Bob Beers and Joe Heck are both trailing in their races, which could flip control of the body to the Democrats.

Bonnie Parnell continues to hold a lead over Cheryl Lau in the race for Assembly District 40, but the race has tightened to three points, with a few votes still out in the Washoe County portion of that district.
