Matthew Pulizzotto, 49, a Carson City resident, died Nov. 3, 2008. He was born November 30, 1958 to Matthew R. and Ann (Loiacono) Pulizzotto in Long Island, N.Y. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
