The Carson City FastSigns sign and graphics center transformed an ordinary concession trailer into the Buffalo Creek Saloon, which is used at various local events sponsored by Buffalo Creek Ranch.

David M. Semas, owner of Buffalo Creek Ranch, came to the center with the request to completely transform a plain white trailer into an Old West-style saloon. Buffalo Creek Ranch is a 34-acre Tuscan style hillside orchard and vineyard nestled at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Buffalo Creek Ranch sponsors many Northern Nevada events and hosts an annual fundraising event for F.E.A.T. of Northern Nevada (Families for Effective Autism Treatment).

The FastSigns team was faced with the challenge of making the trailer look authentic, like a scene from the Old West, while incorporating innovative designs and graphics.

The project took the FastSigns team a total of 50 man hours to complete. The exterior of the trailer was printed on vinyl, similar to the familiar graphics seen on promotional vehicles and trucks, and the river rock base and the interior bar back scene were printed on banner material attached with Velcro.

The Carson City FastSigns center, located at 2300 South Carson, Suite 2, can be reached by phone at 885-8899 or on the Web at www.FastSigns.com/168.
