Assembly Speaker Barbara Buckley holds her second town hall meeting in Reno tonight.
She has called a series of meetings around the state to discuss state government's spending priorities and accountability.
Buckley, D-Las Vegas, said she is open to any public input regarding how the state should overhaul its financial structure.
Other topics will include an examination of tax exemptions and abatements, uncollected taxes and other debts owed the state and the establishment of a revenue stabilization fund.
Buckley held the first meeting in Las Vegas on September 29. She has said she will also visit smaller communities around the state to get input from citizens there.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Joe Crowley Student Union on the University of Nevada, Reno campus.
