Richard H. Walters, 66, died Oct. 1, 2008, in Lovelock. He was born April 5, 1942 in Queens, N.Y. No local service will be held. Inurnment in Northern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Fernley. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
