Down 20-0 and with Reed driving for another score, Ronnie Price intercepted a pass and returned it 90 yards for a touchdown for Carson to pull CHS to within 20-6. Zach Herbert caught a 50-yard touchdown pass from Colby Blueberg to pull Carson to within 27-12 at halftime. Gabe Pongasi caught a 20-yard TD pass from Trey Jensen to pull Carson within 33-18 and Tyler Collins caught a 20-yard scoring pass from Jensen for the final margin.
