Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- A 21-year-old fast food cook from Carson City was arrested at 1:13 a.m. in the 1100 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, open container of alcohol in vehicle, failure to maintain lane, and driving without a license. Bail was set at $1,613.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
- A window was broken on a business in the 1000 block of North Plaza Street.
- Report of tires stolen from a vehicle in the 3100 block of North Deer Run Road at 11:13 a.m.
- Report of a vehicle in a ditch at Valley View and Edmonds drives at 6:54 p.m.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
- A Mark Twain mother reported her 14-year-old daughter stole the mother's car and was not home at 6:30 a.m.
- A Fernley woman reported her mentally challenged brother missing at 12:02 p.m.
- Report of credit card fraud in Mound House at 5:26 p.m.
- Report of an unknown person peeking out of the window on an abandoned Silver Springs home.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
- Dog complaint on Sazarac Road at 8:05 a.m.
- Dog complaint on Sam Clemens Avenue at 12:49 p.m.
- A caller asked that an officer check on a horse at Union and E streets at 2:47 p.m.
- Report of a semi truck missing two tires and dragging its trailer down Six Mile Canyon Road at 8:45 p.m.
