Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- A 38-year-old plumber from Carson City was arrested at 3:49 p.m. Saturday on a warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor engaging in a contractor business without a license. Bail was set at $1,000.
- Randy Ray Righettini, 29, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. Friday on suspicion of felony grand larceny, possession of stolen property, gross misdemeanor possession of burglary tools, misdemeanor petty larceny and resisting arrest.
- Kevin Dale Talbott, 52, a painter from Dayton, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of felony fourth-offense drunken driving, misdemeanor battery and driving on a restricted license. Bail was set at $11,239.
- Patricia Louis Collins, 25, a stay-at-home mother, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on North Lompa Lane on a felony warrant and a misdemeanor traffic infraction. Bail was set at $7,000.
- Nicole Regina Andrews, 24, a cashier, was arrested at 4:09 a.m. Sunday on suspicion of felony probation violation and misdemeanor violation of bail conditions. No bail was set.
