A man who called 911 three times Monday was arrested after allegedly jumping from a second-story motel window and charging at police.

Desmond Louie Timentwa, a 28-year-old unemployed Carson City man, reportedly called 911 the first time at 5:38 p.m. from his motel room in the 1400 block of North Carson Street, saying he was being harassed.

"(He) said people were outside of his window and across the street watching him," the arrest report stated. "(He) said he felt people were watching him because he was a sex offender."

Responding officers said they did not see anyone in the parking area.

Timentwa allegedly told them he had drunk beer and smoked marijuana and crystal methamphetamine the day before.

After assuring him no one was outside, deputies said, he was calmed.

"(He) said he would try and get some sleep," the report said.

The second call to 911 was reported at 7:29 p.m.

This time, deputies said, they assured him no one could see in because the curtains were closed.

The third call was received at 8:25 p.m. Dispatchers reported he was in the closet and had a gun.

When deputies arrived, Timentwa allegedly jumped from a second-story bathroom window in the back of the building.

Officers reported when they confronted him, he charged at them.

He was subdued and arrested on suspicion gross misdemeanor abuse of 911.
