Food is stored in containers which are inadequately labeled or unlabeled. A cold holding thermometer is missing, inaccurate, is not located in the warmest part of the cold holding unit, or is not located to be easily readable. Ice scoop and storage container located at the main ice machine are dirty. Cold units need cleanup of food debris (including the gaskets.)

CASINO FANDANGO RUM JUNGLE BUFFET, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. Found a cloth (sanitizer) bucket in the dessert station with no residual Quat (Quaternary ammonium compound) sanitizer in it. Also found a sanitizer bucket on the hot foods serving line with no residual Quat in it after just being set up by staff.
