Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
• A 20-year-old line cook from Carson City was arrested at 12:48 p.m. at Wal-Mart on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of heroin paraphernalia, petty larceny and failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,636.
• A 27-year-old Reno emergency medical technician from Carson City was arrested at 3:42 a.m. Thursday on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and no tail lamps. Bail was set at $3,899.
• Cody Nicholas Fischer, 19, unemployed from Washoe Valley, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 6 on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and two traffic warrants. Bail was set at $5,134.
• A 29-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 5:42 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and obstructing an officer. Bail was set at $3,539.
• Duffy Sean Thomas, 19, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday at Oregon and Roop streets on suspicion of felony false ID to avoid prosecution, probation violation, violation of a suspended sentence and failure to have headlights on a bicycle. Bail was set at $11,576.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
• Coroner call on Bullion Drive at 2:21 a.m.
• A vehicle on Gregg Street was burglarized overnight and items from the vehicle left "strewn on the ground."
• Report of windows busted out of horse trailers overnight at S&W Feed in the 2200 block of South Carson Street.
• Three-vehicle accident at Roop and Corbett streets at 1:08 p.m.
• Coroner call in the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center emergency room at 2:27 p.m.
• A trailer was stolen from U-Haul sometime between Aug. 4 and Wednesday at 4:06 p.m.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
• Report of graffiti on a trash can and work truck on Santa Fe Trail in Stagecoach at 6:28 a.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest on Pepper Lane in Fernley at 11:04 a.m.
• Report of a vehicle driving through the side of a travel trailer on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley at 12:24 p.m.
• Felony arrest at Dayton substation at 4:34 p.m.
