CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Chicken Caesar salad, marinated tomatoes, banana, French bread with margarine, ice cream.

Tuesday: Fish sandwich, Mexicorn, carrot-raisin salad, grape juice, peanut butter cookie.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, salad, peaches, whole wheat bread with apple butter.

Thursday: Bratwurst with onions, potato salad, coleslaw, orange slices.

Friday: Sausage with gravy on a biscuit, green beans, lemon Jello with mixed fruit.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Philly steak sandwich, romaine with cranberries & almonds, onion rings, apricot nectar, peach pie.

Tuesday: Beef stroganoff and noodles, baked butternut squash, orange/spinach salad, plums, wheat roll with apple butter.

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, whole wheat bread, fruited gelatin salad.

Thursday: Ham/potato casserole, Italian cabbage salad, Capri-blend veggies, spiced applesauce cup, cherry/walnut dessert.

Friday: Shish kebab, brown rice pilaf, colorful salad with creamy Italian dressing, whole wheat bread, sliced strawberries.

SILVER SPRINGS

The lunch menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill St.:

Monday: Swiss steak, broccoli/cauliflower, mashed potatoes, roll, spiced pears.

Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread, green salad, chocolate pudding.

Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken, layered salad, fried rice, green beans, orange.

Thursday Birthday Dinner: Stuffed pork chop, rice pilaf, stir-fried veggies, roll, bananas Foster.

Friday Breakfast 9:30: Biscuits & sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit cup, V-8, OJ.

STOREY COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Storey County Senior Center:

Monday: Barbecued chicken, baked beans, corn, potato salad, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, cake.

Taco Tuesday: Chicken tacos, beans, rice, green salad, ice cream.

Wednesday: Chicken Caesar, breadsticks, sherbet

Thursday: Lasagna, spinach, garlic bread, green salad, pie.
