The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Michael Gutierrez, 37, of Carson City, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. Friday at the corner of Fall and Adams streets for suspicion of felony batter causing substantial bodily harm, and misdemeanor battery. The subject was reported to have struck another man in the eye, possibly damaging his eyesight, and pushing a woman to the ground. Bail was set at $16,132.

• A 31-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Saturday at Highway 50 East and Rand Avenue for suspicion of misdemeanor DUI first offense, no proof of insurance, basic speed violation and no valid drivers license. Bail was set at $2,203.

• A 40-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 6:39 p.m. Friday at Silver Sage and Sonoma Street for suspicion of misdemeanor DUI first offense, no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended license and with suspended registration. Bail was set at $2,603.

• A 48-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 3:52 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of North Carson Street on a misdemeanor traffic warrant. Bail was set at $1,410.

• A 44-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 12:22 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance. Bail was set at $769.

• A 22-year-old landscape worker from Carson City was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Friday at Fifth and Saliman on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, affray and probation violation. Witnessed reported that the subject is a member a gang and he and four others attacked a member of a rival gang. Bail was set at $3,474.

• A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 8 a.m. Friday at the Carson City Jail on two misdemeanor traffic warrants. Bail was set at $808.

• Two Carson City women, one 23 and the other 45, were arrested at 3:24 a.m. Saturday during a traffic stop at Saliman and Robinson streets after both were found to have outstanding misdemeanor contempt warrants. Bail was set for the 23-year-old was set at $285. Bail for the 45-year-old was set at $167.

• A 28-year-old Dayton woman was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Saturday in the 7700 block of Highway 50 East on a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant. Bail was set at $1,099.

• A 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Saturday at Highway 50 and Saliman Road for suspicion of misdemeanor DUI first offense and failure to maintain lane. Bail was set at $1,239.
