Hector H. Molina, 61, passed away December 27, 2009, at Minden Medical Center of natural causes.
A service was held Thursday, Dec. 31, at LifePoint Church, 1095 Stephanie Way. Pastor Roy Conover officiated.
Hector Molina was born March 26, 1948, in Manhattan, N.Y., to Ilerminio and Antonia Molina.
He married his high school sweetheart, Kathy, July 24, 1968. He served in law enforcement for more than 30 years.
His interests included spending time with family, cooking, literature, working out, football, chess and mixed martial arts. Hector will be remembered for his strong love of family, incredible sense of humor, quick wit, and charm. His children and grandchildren will carry on his legacy of family and love.
Hector Molina is survived by his wife Kathy Molina; his mother Antonia Molina; daughters Michelle Zabell and Janine Mello; sons Kevin Molina, Daniel Molina, and Sean Molina; sons-in-law Ari Zabell and Brian Mello; daughter-in-law Kristin Molina; and seven grandchildren, Max, Sophia, Riley, Cayden, Julia, Ali, and Reagan.
There is a quiet pain lingering
