Tour Ireland and Britain meeting:

Carson High School teacher, Todd Ackerman, will lead a tour of Ireland and Britain in the summer of 2010. This tour is open to any student, not just Carson High students, parent, teachers and community members who would enjoy this educational tour. Celebrate Lincoln and Reagan Day:

Douglas County Republican Central Committee hosts the annual Lincoln/Reagan Day celebration and fundraiser, 4:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, Carson Valley Inn, 1627 U.S. Highway 395 N., Minden. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, Feb. 10. Carol A. Cohea, Volunteer and Visitor Services Supervisor for the Ronald W. Reagan Presidential Library & Museum, Simi Valley, Calif. will speak. Members are requested to donate a quality item for the silent auction.
