Frank Wright Hadley Jr., 96, died Feb. 16, 2009 in Carson City. He was born Oct. 22, 1912 in Shanghai, China. No services will be held. Inurnment will be in Los Osos Valley Memorial Park, Los Osos, Calif. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
