(Nevada Appeal Staff Report) " Two people were injured and traffic blocked for an hour Thursday night after a single-vehicle rollover on State Route 341 near the border of Lyon and Storey counties.

According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a 1995 gray Toyota Four-Runner was southbound about 8 p.m. when driver Anthony Abruzzo, 35, of Dayton, lost control.

Abruzzo suffered serious neck and back injuries and passenger Tann Darren Turner, 44, sustained moderate leg injuries. Both were taken to a Reno hospital by helicopter.

The accident caused law enforcement to route southbound and northbound traffic onto the truck route until just after 9 p.m.

Alcohol may be a factor in the accident, an official said.
