Carson City Republicans to meet

Senator Parks speaks at PFLAG

Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays Carson Region will host Senator David Parks of Las Vegas at their next meeting, 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 3 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church Friendship Hall, 1201 N. Saliman Road. The public is invited to attend. Senator Parks will discuss topics and legislative bills relevant to the gay and lesbian community, Equality Days, which is scheduled for the Nevada Legislature April 21-22, and how to be an effective grassroots lobbyist.
