An hour-long standoff in Minden Wednesday ended with the arrest of a man who was inside a home at 983 Bella Monte Drive at 2:36 p.m.
East Fork paramedics were allowed into the scene after the man surrendered to deputies.
The man reportedly threatened suicide and had access to a firearm inside the home.
No shots were fired and there is no indication that anyone was injured in the standoff that began at about 1:29 p.m.
