Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- Brian Robert Hobbs, 25, from Carson City, was arrested Saturday morning at the 1800 block of Highway 50 East for felony probation violation and misdemeanor violation of suspended sentence. The suspect's ex-girlfriend reported that Hobbs was trying to get into her apartment. He is being held without bail.
- A 29-year-old landscaper, address unknown, was arrested Friday night at the corner of Menlo and Ashby for an outstanding contempt of court warrant and for not having a valid drivers license. Bail was set at $687.
- An 18-year-old student from Carson City was arrested Friday afternoon at the corner of Arrowhead and Centennial for driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, suspended registration and no proof of insurance. Bail was set at $2,703.
- A 37-year-old unemployed woman from Carson City was arrested Saturday morning in the 200 block of Caroline Street for failure to appear in court on a previous traffic citation, and failure to use turn signals. Her bail was set at $249.
- An 18-year-old forklift driver from Gardnerville was arrested Friday night at the corner of Highway 50 east and Russell for violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,000.
