Antonio "Tino" Arcos, 23, died Jan. 1, 2009. He was born Dec. 17, 1985 in Carson City. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday; funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, at Walton's Chapel of the Valley. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
