(Jae Chun is a senior defensive end for the Carson Senators football team and wrestled as a 160-pounder for CHS.)
MH: When you're not in school or wrestling, what are you up to?
JC: I'm playing Madden '09. The running game is fun. That's what I like to do.
MH: What's the last non-school book you read?
JC: The last Harry Potter book ("Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," by J.K. Rowling). I guess it was cool. I like watching the movies more.
MH: When I'm stressed out, I"(fill in the blank).
JC: I probably just eat a lot. I grab a handful of Nerds.
MH: What's more satisfying, recording a sack or pinning your opponent?
JC: I'd say a pin. It's so much harder. It feels great. You just beat the person. With football, it's a team. With wrestling, it's all you. You have no help.
MH: If you could watch one movie right now, which would it be?
JC: "Talladega Nights." Will Ferrell being Ricky Bobby. The story line is funny.
MH: What's your favorite one-liner?
JC: "Shake and bake" from "Talladega Nights."
MH: Finish this sentence: As quiet as it's kept, I -
JC: I guess I'd have to say I'm crazy for peaches.
MH: (Blank) is so hot.
JC: Megan Fox. I saw her in "Transformers," and I just said, "Wow, that is some eye candy."
MH: If you could take one person to dinner, who would it be?
JC: (Singer) Katy Perry. She has a song "I Kissed a Girl." I've got to ask her if she really would.
MH: Edgy, Jae. Time to think on your feet. Bust out a response for this. If I come at you "With a boulder on my shoulder, feeling kind of older," you say"
JC: (Minutes pass.) I just keep thinking why is there a boulder on my shoulder.
MH: Do you tap out?
JC: Yeah. I don't know.
MH: Name the one song you wish you had written.
JC: I guess it would be "Handlebars" by Flobots. It's about politics, sort of. It's good.
MH: Finish the sentence. When I'm 40"
JC: I plan to be a scientist and find a cure for AIDS.
MH: What's your favorite class?
JC: Ceramics, because it's easy and fun. The coolest thing I've made is a piglet with a jetpack.
MH: Rewind or Fast-forward?
JC: Rewind. I'd go back to sixth grade because I should've played Pop Warner. I never did. I'd be a better player.
MH: Timeout or Parting Shot?
JC: Parting Shot. Through the whole football season, my defensive end coach (Pat Hoolihan) kept forgetting my name. He kept calling me "Chae""he got caught in between. He never got it right. Until the end of the season, I was like, "Yes, Coach."
