Mary "Judy" Riker, born November 29, 1945 in Highland Park, Mich. The Lord called her home Jan. 2, 2009 after a courageous 10-year battle with lung cancer.
Judy is survived by her beloved sister Betty Dastrup of Dayton and brother James Riker of Ocala, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Mary Riker, brothers John and Joseph Riker and sister June Gardiner.
Judy will continue to live in the hearts of all her friends and family. Many who have known her have been blessed by her many acts of kindness.
A celebration of her life will be 3 p.m., Friday at New Life Four Square Church in Dayton off of Six Mile Canyon. Pastor Everett Garwood of the River of Life Church will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Merriner Cottages in Carson City or River of Life Church.
Arrangements are in the care of Autumn Funerals & Cremations.
