Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- A 20-year-old student from Carson City was brought form the Washoe County Jail on five misdemeanor Carson City warrants for allegedly failing to appear in court for traffic citations. Bail was set at $2,466.

- A 39-year-old case manager from Sparks was brought from the Washoe County Jail on a Carson City warrant for contempt. Bail was set at $3,000.

- A 51-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of East Long Street on suspicion of contempt of court. Bail was set at $500.

- An 18-year-old disabled woman was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Brookside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and simple battery. Bail was set at $4,264.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Vehicle burglary report on Koontz Lane at 8:36 a.m.

- Report of boxes in a recycling bin behind a North Carson Street business appeared to have been set on fire sometime before 12:30 p.m.

- Report of hair clippers stolen from a business on Highway 50 East at 1:26 p.m.

- Report of a drunken man in the middle of the road on Highway 50 East at 4:50 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Arrest on Adair Drive in Mound House at 8:34 p.m.

- Accident on Farm District Road in Fernley at 3:19 p.m.

- Arrest on Jenny's Lane in Fernley at 11:29 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Report of a vehicle parked at the North E Street rest stop for three weeks.

- Arrest on State Route 341 at 7:09 p.m.
