CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive.

Monday: Beef chili with crackers, carrots.

Tuesday: Lasagna with meat sauce, garden salad, blueberries, garlic bread.

Wednesday: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli with cheese, apricots, ice cream.

Thursday: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad, orange, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Friday: Polish sausage.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Chicken with noodles, peas, garlic bread, mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Roma burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, baked beans, corn on the cob, melon.

Wednesday: Spud stuffer with ground beef, cheese, butter and sour cream, peaches, fruit crisp, grape juice.

Thursday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, Jell-O with pears.

Friday: Stuffed pork chops, rice pilaf, broccoli, roll, fruit cocktail, cake and ice cream.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Turkey fajitas, Spanish rice, ranch-style beans, chopped spinach with French dressing, pineapple chunks.

Tuesday: Beef shepherd's pie, Caesar salad, dinner rolls, pear cup, banana nut muffin.

Wednesday: Pork chops, fruit salad, stuffing with gravy, peas and pearl onions, dinner roll and applesauce, cake and ice cream.

Thursday: Beef chili with beans, broccoli salad, cornbread, cantaloupe.

Friday: Chix pasta primavera, colorful salad with Italian dressing, garlic bread, orange pineapple mold.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Avenue:

Monday: Turkey chili, cornbread, mixed green salad, Ambrosia.

Tuesday: Baked pollack, coleslaw, squash, peach Melba, banana.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, cauliflower, whole wheat bread with margarine, mixed fruit, cookies.

Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, cucumber, tomato and onion salad, blushing pears.

Friday: Spud stuffers with ground beef and cheese, carrots, peaches, orange juice, sour cream, fruit crisp.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Manicotti with meat sauce, garlic bread, green salad.

Tuesday: Chicken Caesar salad, French onion soup, baked apples.

Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, veggies, cookies.

Thursday: Barbecue pork sandwich, baked beans, macaroni salad, coleslaw.

Friday: Grilled cheese sandwich, clam chowder, coleslaw, ice cream, pudding.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way: Not available

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Black bean soup, crackers, turkey sandwich, carrot and celery sticks, fresh orange.

Tuesday: Spud stuffer, carrots, green salad with dressing, pineapple.
