RENO " The Reno Bighorns beat the Los Angeles D-Fenders Tuesday night, 120-114.
Reno's Antonio Meeking had a game-high 28 points and added 12 rebounds for yet another double double.
The Bighorns' bench outscored the D-Fenders' bench, 53-20.
Reno's Damone Brown was the top scorer of the first quarter with nine, while Brown and teammate Donte Green shot 75 percent from the field in the first half.
D-Fenders' forward Brandon Heath was the top scorer of the first half with 16, while teammate Darren Cooper added 13. The top scoring for the D-Fenders couldn't make up for the 13 turnovers, which allowed the Bighorns to take an 11-point lead into halftime.
The Bighorns' lead expanded to as many as 16 points, yet the D-Fenders were able to close the gap into the fourth to 88-83.
With the win, the Bighorns improved to 7-12.
