The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
- Report of a counterfeit $100 bill passed at a Carson Street casino at 1:36 a.m.
- Accident at Conestoga Drive and Convair Drive at 11:37 a.m.
- Report of an intoxicated female who went into a shop, got a haircut, then stumbled off without paying and laid in the nearby grass at 12:17 p.m.
- Vehicle burglary report on Highway 50 East at 1:10 p.m.
- Report of a drunken man, yelling in the 400 block of North Carson Street at 1:12 p.m. When someone called police, the man appeared as if he were going to chase the caller, but then "just threw ice at a car behind the caller." Then the man began punching vehicles. He was arrested.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:
- Three cited for truancy at Dayton High School.
- Arrest on Dayton Valley Road at 7:51 a.m.
- Report of graffiti on the track and building at Dayton High School at 7:30 a.m.
- Report of 10 juveniles threatening the principal at Fernley High School at 11:53 a.m.
- Arrest on Highlands Drive in Mound House at 10:27 p.m.
