Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Rico Eugene Wiggins Jr., a 21-year-old Carson City man, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the jail on suspicion of the felony battery of another prisoner. Bail was set at $20,000.

- Peter Thomas McGuiness III, a 26-year-old Carson City fisherman, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of West Telegraph Street on felony arrest warrant. Bail was set at $7,500.

-A 55-year-old homeless man was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway on suspicion of two misdemeanor counts of criminal contempt. Bail was set at $3,897.

- A 50-year-old Douglas County construction worker was arrested at 3:31 p.m. in the 600 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear in court. Bail was set at $235.

- A 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 7:44 p.m. Thursday at Emerson Drive and Mark Way on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Report of statutory rape at 10:38 a.m.

- Report of equipment taken from the South Stewart Street fire station at 3:06 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- A man was arrested on a warrant at 2:38 a.m. at the corner of Highway 50 East and Kit Kat Road.

- A man was arrested on an Elko County warrant at 1:19 p.m. in Fernley.

- A man was arrested on a warrant at 3:11 p.m. on Lahontan Street in Silver Springs.

- A woman was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Main Street in Fernley on suspicion of drunken driven.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Report of harassing phone calls at 10:58 a.m. on Wild Horse Canyon Drive.

- Report of a drunken driver at 11:08 a.m. in the Storey County Sheriff's Department.
