Barry E. Horton, 64, a Gardnerville resident, died Jan. 20, 2009 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Reno. He was born March 3, 1944. Among his survivors are his wife Linda; sons Michael and Matthew and close cousins. Private family services will be held. Truckee Meadows Cremation and Burial Services, Reno is in charge of arrangements.
