MH: Which is better, getting a great sack or pinning your opponent?
JB: Getting a sack, definitely, because football is my favorite sport, for sure. A good sack is awesome because all of your teammates are in on the play, too.
MH: If you were standing across the field from Jets quarterback Brett Favre, what would you say?
JB: "You're in for a rough game."
MH: No love for Brett?
JB: No love. When I'm against someone, I'm definitely going to get them.
MH: (Blank) is so hot.
JB: (Sort-of actress) Jenna Jameson.
MH: I think we'd better stop you right there. If you could be one celebrity, who would it be " and don't tell me Tito Ortiz or anyone who has anything to do with Jenna Jameson.
JB: No Tito Ortiz? You're making it rough for me. (Florida Gators quarterback) Tim Tebow. He just won a national championship. He's got it made. He's set up for the rest of his career, even though he's coming back to college. He just has to cruise now. He's going to the pros.
MH: If you could have written one song, which one would it be?
JB: That's a tough one. I don't want to sound like (Carson defensive tackle) David Laumea with the Vegaboys. "STP" by Sublime. That song's amazing. I wish I could create something that cool.
MH: What's your favorite one-liner?
JB: "Looking's for free, but touching's gonna cost you," by Will Ferrell in "Blades of Glory."
MH: Who's the most intense guy on the football team?
JB: I don't see a lot of intense guys on the team. Maybe I'd put myself pretty high on that list, but I don't want to sound conceited.
MH: If you could spend the day with only one person, it would be "
JB: Jesus Christ, just to see why the world worked out the way it did.
MH: Are you a Fast-forward or a Rewind type of guy?
JB: Fast-forward, to when we win the Sierra League championship next year in football.
MH: Speaking of Sierra League championships, how does it feel to have beaten Douglas for the title (on Wednesday)?
JB: It felt amazing to go to their place and upset them. We were underdogs. Nobody thought we'd be good this year. We show up there and they're selling shirts that say "Beat Carson." We beat them at their place. It was a little payback for beating us in football on Senior Night There have some football players on that team.
MH: Talk about "Living Barlow."
JB: It's pretty nice. It's pretty laid back, the life I'm living here. It revolves around sports. I go to school and get by. I go play football and wrestle.
MH: Timeout or Parting Shot?
JB: Timeout. I ain't losing to Douglas anymore. I'm not losing to Douglas next year. Times change.
MH: Wait a minute. Time for a first. I hear (fellow 215-pounder and offensive tackle) Will Flores there feeding you answers. Let's bring him on.
WF: Hello?
MH: Will, ask Barlow a guest TImeout question.
WF: He's talking about beating Douglas next year. What's he going to change? What's he going to change to beat Douglas?
MH: Justin, where did the love go?
JB: I don't know.
MH: You heard the man. He sounds like Jim Rome. Answer him. What are you going to change to beat Douglas next year?
JB: How do I want to attack that one. One, I'm going to middle linebacker next year. I'm going to take this team to the top no matter what I have to do.
