Carson City:
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- A 28-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 12:57 a.m. at Woodside and Ladera drives on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to stop at light, drunken driving and failure to appear on traffic citation.
- Leticia Rocha, 37, unemployed from Carson City was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on College Parkway on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $20,000.
- Alejandro Hernandez, 26, of Carson City was arrested at 11:23 p.m. Saturday at a South Carson Street casino on suspicion of felony offer to sell a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor obstructing an investigation and failure to appear. Bail was set at $22,432.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
- Fight report in the 3400 block of Highway 50 East at 12:13 a.m.
- A window was broken at Kragen Auto Parts in the 1700 block of North Carson Street at 3:02 a.m.
- Fight on West Telegraph Street at 3:15 a.m.
- A taxi driver reported a man walked off without paying the $24 fare. An arrest was made.
- Coroner call at Northern Nevada Correctional Center at 10:10 a.m.
- A 1995 green Mitsubishi pickup with a gray camper shell was reported missing from the 900 block of East Fifth Street at 2:37 p.m.
- Report of an unconscious man in a pickup in the turn lane at Winnie Lane and Carson Street at 5:18 p.m. The man reported he has narcolepsy.
Lyon County:
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
- Arrest on Highway 95 Alternate at 4:04 a.m. in Mason Valley.
- Report of a dirt bike stolen from Tonopah Street in Silver Springs at 10:15 a.m.
- Coroner call on East Main Street in Fernley at 4:03 p.m.
Storey County:
The following is one of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
- Report of a driver in a car on Six Mile at D Street heading west afraid that they are going to slip down the icy road at 6:44 p.m.
