Bernice Bandera

Bernice Bandera, 85, formerly of Carson City, Nev., passed away January 22, 2009, at a Meridian, Idaho, hospital. Cremation is under the direction of Cloverdale Funeral Home, Boise, Idaho.

Bernice was born April 11, 1923, in Benton, Iowa, to W. Milton and Electa L. Jones. She moved to Carson City, Nevada in 1944. She met and married Pete Bandera in 1946.

She resided in Carson City until 2003 when she moved to Nampa, ID, to live with her daughter.

Bernice was preceded in death by her husband who died in 1985. She is survived by her son Milt (Janie) and her daughter Vicki Worley. She leaves behind four grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, a sister and three special nieces and their families.
