Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Sean Giurlani and Carson City Sheriff's Department Deputy Jason Bueno handcuff suspect Tarron Evans, 22. Evans allegedly had fled following the theft of a bottle of bourbon from the CVS Pharmacy on Fairview Drive on Thursday afternoon. Evans, on parole for credit card fraud, was arrested on suspicion of parole violation. Also arrested were Brian Duncan, 19, and Michael Evans, 19, on suspicion of misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol.
