Lawrence W. Allen, 68, of Elko, died Jan. 11, 2009 in Reno. He was born Nov. 10, 1940 to William and Laverta Allen. Among his survivors are his wife Gwendolyn; son Lawrence Jr.; three stepsons; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Affinity Burial and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
