STATELINE (AP) - A 19-year-old man awaits a court appearance after being arrested on suspicion of running naked through the Stateline casino area on Lake Tahoe's south shore.
Sean Stanley Smith was arrested before a group of startled children in the Harrah's Tahoe arcade, Douglas County sheriff's deputies said.
He reportedly told officers that he had used marijuana and LSD, and was running naked because he thought he was the "Terminator."
Deputies said the suspect was spotted running naked by the Pony Express statue outside Harrah's on Tuesday afternoon, and entered the casino after ignoring an officer's command to stop.
After running into the arcade, where children were playing video games, he was subdued by a deputy's Taser.
He was booked into the county jail on charges of indecent exposure and resisting a police officer after being taken to Barton Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Fernley parade grand marshal bows out
FERNLEY (AP) - A new grand marshal led Fernley's annual Fourth of July parade on Saturday after organizers' first choice withdrew because he could not prove he had received a top military medal.
Andrew "Andy" LePeilbet, who has earned the Distinguished Service Cross, Purple Heart, Bronze Star and nine other medals, replaced Arthur Yonkey as honoree in the parade.
Parade organizers said Yonkey bowed out Wednesday night after he declined to provide documentation that he had received the Navy Cross, the nation's second highest medal for valor behind the Medal of Honor.
Sheila Nicol, advertising and publicity chairwoman for the parade, said organizers were trying to give the community a hero to honor.
She said Yonkey was believed to be in his late 20s, and was represented as having earned the medal in the war in Iraq.
"I've already dealt with that," Yonkey said, declining to comment. "I do not want to be involved with this."

Mono County sheriff's Sgt. Jeff Beard says the boater's body was found Friday in Bridgeport Reservoir.
The boater's name was not immediately released.
Beard says divers found the body on the third day of a search after a boat was found anchored about 60 yards off shore.
During the search, a woman reported her husband was overdue from a fishing trip, and searchers received a report of a partially submerged boat.
